How to Get the Game Custom Room ID and Password?
Room ID and Password (for Free Fire, COD Mobile, etc. ) are shared through Text Message (SMS) and also inside the app. Just open the app and scroll down to the match you participated, click on it and there you will get the Room ID and Password before 15 minutes of match start time. Make sure you join the Room within 15 minutes before match start time.

Can I team-up and play with my friends in a Match?
Yes, you can team-up and play with your friends in a same team in a match. To do so, make sure you and your friends have registered for the same match (Duo or Squad only) and when the Room ID and Password are shared, make sure all your registered friends and you join the room and take the same team slot.

 

Can I register multiple entries from my Play it account in a match?

Yes, you can register more than 1 entry from same Play We  account. To do so, first register one entry in a match and then you will get option to add more entries to the same match. Use this option (+ Join) to add more entries. This way you can register multiple entries one by one in to same match.

Can I edit my In-Game Name and ID in a Match?

Yes, you can edit your In-Game Name or ID in a match before 30 minutes of match start time. To edit any entry, follow the steps below.
Open App and Select the Game (BGMI, Free Fire, etc.).
Click on the Match you have joined in which you want to edit the entry.
You will be in the Match Details Screen. At the bottom left side, you will see MY ENTRIES Option. Click on it and your entries to that match will be listed.
Click on the EDIT option beside the entry you want to Edit.
In the pop-up, you can edit your In-Game Name and ID. Once done, Click on SUBMIT button and that's it. You can now play with your updated changes.

Why was I kicked from the Room?
Well, there are several reasons why you get kicked from the room even after you are registered for the match. Some of which are:
You registered incorrect Game Username and hence our filtering team did not recognize you.
You joined with new in-game Account or with the doubtful account which is against Play it Fair Play Policy.
Joined with Game Account with Level less than permitted. The same can be found in the Match Rules section of the specific match.
Invited Unregistered Friends to the Room.
Kept changing position in the room.
Using Emulator to Play in Non-Emulator Matches.
We would suggest you to go through the Match Rules and the Fair Play Policy before you participate in the next match or the tournaments.

If you feel you were kicked by mistake then please share us your Play We  Username, In-Game Username, Match / Tournament Number and the Screenshot of your Game Profile. We will check it further and initiate refund if the case falls under our Refund Policy. Thank you!

Why is my account suspended?
If your account is suspended then that means you were found violating the fair play policy or the gameplay rules. In such cases, the account won't be recovered and all the balance in it is lost. Kindly make sure you strictly follow the fair play policies and gameplay rules. Thank you!
